1.3 Contact List Data

When you upload contact lists or lead data to the Service, that data is stored on our servers to provide the core functionality of the Service. • Telnyx: Voice and telecommunications services are powered by Telnyx. Call metadata may be shared with Telnyx as necessary to route calls. See Telnyx's privacy policy for their practices.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Contact list data and call logs are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after account closure, after which they are deleted. 5 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed password storage (bcrypt), and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6 Your Compliance Responsibilities Regarding Contact Data

• All individuals in your contact lists have provided appropriate consent to be contacted, as required by applicable law.
• Your use of the Service complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), applicable state telemarketing and robocall statutes, and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Your contact lists have been properly scrubbed against the National Do Not Call Registry and any applicable state DNC registries before upload and use.
• You have obtained all required licenses, registrations, and exemptions required to conduct telemarketing or outbound calling in the jurisdictions where you operate.

We do not monitor the content of your calls or the composition of your contact lists for legal compliance. We are not your compliance officer, attorney, or advisor. Any fines, penalties, or legal liability resulting from your use of the Service are your sole responsibility.

7 Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately.

8 Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
